Your role as a Customer Relations Representative will center on building meaningful client relationships and closing deals. Key responsibilities include:
Follow up on leads provided by our Marketing team and turn them into successful deals.
Sell SILICON products and services to both new and existing customers.
Manage assigned customer accounts and build strong, long-term relationships.
Keep track of open quotes and follow up to make sure no opportunities are missed.
Collaborate with colleagues to spot sales opportunities and manage potential risks.
Provide input on pricing and margins for quotes.
Create and maintain items in our ERP system.
Continuously improve processes to make the team work more efficiently.
Ensure all important information, like customer drawings or special requests, is clear and accessible

We’re looking for someone who gets energy from customer interaction and is not afraid to pick up the phone. Additionally, the ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably with a commercial background;
At least 3 years of sales experience in a similar role
Excellent knowledge of international sales processes;
Proven experience in successful solution selling
A proven ability to prospect new clients and close deals from scratch;
Proactive, social, and good presentation skills;
Fluent in English, both spoken and written, at a business level;
