We're looking for an outgoing, results-driven Customer Relations Representative who enjoys connecting with people to help introduce our Total Solutions to new customers and expand our global footprint. With a dedicated workforce of approximately 85 talented professionals, SILICON is renowned for delivering top-quality products and services to the petrochemical, chemical, cement, construction, and shipbuilding industries worldwide.
Your role as a Customer Relations Representative will center on building meaningful customer relationships and closing deals. Key responsibilities include:
Follow up leads that are targeted by our Marketing team
Sell products and services of SILICON
Manage designated direct customer accounts
Follow up on outstanding quotations
Collaborating with team members to identify and manage sales risks and opportunities for SILICON
Define prices margines and give input for quotations
Creating and maintaining items in our ERP database
Improving processes to increase your team’s efficiency
Maintaining good communication and cooperation with other departments
Acting as a contact for customers
ensuring that all relevant information (e.g. customer drawings, special requests) is clear and available
We are searching for a competitive Customer Relations Representative who understands the market, and has the skills, experience, and drive to deliver top-notch customer experiences. To unlock this opportunity, you must meet the following qualifications:
At least a Bachelor's degree, preferably with a commercial background
At least 3 years of sales experience in a similar role
Excellent knowledge of international sales processes
Proven experience in successful solution selling
A proven ability to prospect new customers and close deals from scratch
Energetic and confident, with good presentation skills
Fluent in business level English, both spoken and written
