What are your responsibilities?

In this role, you will engage in a variety of activities, including technical project estimation, development of calculation tools, and documentation of project applications. Besides this, you are also accountable for the following:

• Analyzing customer drawings and requirements to identify missing data and determine the type and quantity of anchors and welding accessories needed.

• Assessing the need for custom-designed anchors or welding accessories.

• Developing and maintaining calculation tools and procedures related to technical estimations.

• Managing customer information and associated technical documentation in our ERP database.

• Creating project documentation that covers technical aspects for reference, knowledge sharing, and training purposes, including calculations used in technical estimation, application and installation area details, etc.

• Providing technical support for the Sales and Projects team.

• Supporting the Product Engineer by sharing feedback on SILICON products, as applicable.

• Assisting the Application Engineer by providing information on new applications, installation areas, and SILICON product feedback, as applicable.

What are your qualities?

To thrive in this role, we are looking for a multitasker who possesses strong organizational skills and has a keen eye for detail. Besides this, the following qualifications are essential:

• Bachelor or University-level education, preferably with a technical background.

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

• Analytical and technical mindset.

• Experience with calculation tools.

• Familiar with 2D and 3D CAD models and drawings.

• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).

• Quick learner of new software applications.
