We recognize SILICON’s service crew, whose performance goes beyond the status quo as one of the most notable achievements. A community of professionals fostering a culture of excellence has been built - community where team support is crucial, and open sharing of knowledge and ideas is not a theory but a daily norm.

Each crew member’s strengths and talents are behind each project’s success. These people are in charge of your installations. The concept of quality is inseparable from the team members mobilized to your site, and when the time is off the essence, quality is what truly matters.

Why Choose the RAW Crew?

The answer is pretty straightforward. A pool of highly qualified experts was formed more than a decade ago and each team member is an important part of SILICON’s history. Each crew member passed RAW technology theory and practice exams, as constant professional development is at the core of the force. The team members are knowledgeable about the industry: all the ins and outs of SILICON RAW Technology and anchoring products. They are the ones that create a safe and productive work environment, and provide guidance to your personnel, building confidence and motivation by bringing SILICON technology on site.

Defining Your RAW Team

To effectively select the team, it is essential to understand the complexity of your project.

  • Simple

The type of the team is closely connected to the project’s intricacies. If there are one to three anchor types, the total amount of installation is less than 5000 anchors, and not much physical work required, then it is a short and simple project, where one or two shifts are needed.

Your choice: One or two Operating Supervisors per shift will suffice.

  • Meaningful

With the rise in number of ordered anchors, the complexity of the projects also changes. If there are four to six anchor models to be installed, and the total order is between 5000 to 15000, it means that the project might go over 10 days. Alternatively, your project may require custom-designed anchors specifically engineered to meet your needs.

Your choice: Between one to three Operating Supervisors, a Leading Quality Control Technician, a Senior Supervisor, or one Project Manager.

  • Complex

The complex projects last more than 15 days. They have two shifts. There are more than six models of anchors, and the total amount of installed anchors goes beyond 12,000 anchors.

Your choice:  A minimum of one Project Manager and Senior Supervisor for each shift.

Once the scope of the project is assessed, you can predict the amount of site shifts and decide on the number of people and their roles.

If you’re still uncertain about the crew needed for your project, now is the time for SILICON to provide all the answers. Secure your SILICON standout team for your next turnaround!
