A New Era for the SILICON Team.
November 2025 was a landmark month for our organization. For the first time, teams from all our offices, spanning Japan, the United States, along with team members from Germany and Australia, came together in Wateringen, the Netherlands, for a three-day Internal Conference that set the stage for a new chapter.
With the appointment of our new CEO, Konrad Eichberger, we are realigning our global operations to work as one unified team. This means breaking down silos, fostering collaboration, and creating a shared roadmap for success.

For decades, our thoughts have circled around one thing: making life better for the refractory community. We’ve been inventing, improving, and imagining: creating anchors and solutions that make work safer and smarter. Because when people feel supported, innovation blooms. And the best breakthroughs? They’re born in the warmth of a good conversation.
