Are you an experienced welder with an eye for detail, a passion for technology, and the drive to deliver top-quality work every day? Then we are looking for you! As a Welder, you will assemble anchors, frames, and other stainless steel products. You will work with various welding techniques (MIG/MAG, TIG, and robotic welding) and ensure that every product leaving the workshop meets the highest quality standards.

With a dedicated workforce of approximately 85 talented professionals, SILICON is renowned for delivering top-quality products and services to the petrochemical, chemical, cement, construction, and shipbuilding industries worldwide.
Read and carry out production orders.
Set up and operate various welding machines (MIG/MAG, TIG, robotic welding, spot welding).
Inspect, align, and assemble components.
Independently perform quality checks.
Maintain machines and tools.
Collaborate and coordinate with colleagues from other disciplines.
Identify and correct deviations.
Experience with MIG/MAG and TIG welding, or the willingness to gain experience;
Affinity with the metal industry.
Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
