What are your responsibilities?

As QHSE Employee, your main purpose to ensure a safe and healthy workplace that meets our local and internation Quality and environmental standards. In this role you can expect the following tasks:

• Conduct initial, interim, and final quality checks together with production staff.

• Ensure compliance with procedures and work instructions.

• Coach colleagues on quality standards and safe working methods.

• Ensure products meet required standards and adjust processes if necessary.

• Support compliance with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 45001).

• Investigate and document incidents, near-misses, and non-conformities using 8D methodology.

• Help maintain and improve HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) policies and practices.

• Conduct system compliance tests and support vendor qualification processes.

What are your qualities?

We're looking for an QHSE Employee who possesses a strong communication skills. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Secondary vocational education or equivalent.

• Additional training in safety (e.g., MVK or equivalent) is preferred.

• 2–5 years of experience in an industrial production environment.

• Proficient with Microsoft 365.

• Fluent in both Dutch and English (spoken and written).

• Strong communication and coaching skills.

• A hands-on, proactive attitude with attention to detail and quality
