As Product Design Engineer you'll play a crucial role in designing innovative products that meet market demands and technical challenges. You will be part of the Engineering team, creating optimized designs, and providing technical advice.

We specialize in refractory stainless steel fastening and anchoring systems, alongside cutting-edge welding machines. With a dedicated workforce of approximately 85 talented professionals, SILICON is renowned for delivering top-quality products and services to the petrochemical, chemical, cement, construction, and shipbuilding industries worldwide.
Designing new and improving existing products to meet customer needs.
Creating accurate 3D models and technical drawings using Solidworks.
Evaluating prototypes and designs in terms of performance, cost, durability, and safety.
Presenting designs to colleagues and implementing feedback for continuous improvement.
Documenting design choices, processes, and results, and maintaining organized product files.
Performing product tests and inspections, and reporting manuals.
To thrive in this role as Engineer, the following qualifications are essential:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant Engineering field.
Knowledge of and experience with CAD modeling and drafting, preferably with Solidworks
Knowledge of and experience with Product Design projects
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
A creative and proactive problem-solver with organizational skills and keen eye for detail.
