What are your responsibilities?

• Draw up and promote the QHSE policy of the organization.

• Advise and coordinate in the field of safe working, both internally and on external projects.

• Maintain contact with auditors, advisors, and suppliers (such as labor inspectorates).

• Set up, maintain, and implement a quality (care) system and monitor compliance.

• Internal inspections, audits, and certifications.

• Establish and shape a safety and quality culture.

• Translate the quality systems into standards, procedures, and manuals.

• Coordinate complaints in the field of product quality and safety, and take measures in the event of deviations.

• Report, process, record, and follow up on incidents.

• Ensure evacuation drills and a well-functioning emergency response team.

• Contribute to the SILICON Academy to internal staff training.

What are your qualities?

• Completed Bachelor's degree, preferably in Safety Sciences.

• Available for at least 24 hours a week.

• 5 years of proven, recent, and relevant experience in quality management in an industrial (metal) production environment.

• Thorough knowledge of safety protocols.

• Project-based and systematic, analytical and conceptual.

• Maintains overview and knows how to delegate and structure tasks.

• Excellent command of English and Dutch, spoken and written.
