We are looking for a driven Quality Assurance Manager. In this position, you are responsible for the policy in the field of quality, health, and safety in the organization. Safety, quality, and integrity are part of SILICON's DNA, will you help us further propagate these core values?

Draw up and promote the QHSE policy of the organization.
Advise and coordinate in the field of safe working, both internally and on external projects.
Maintain contact with auditors, advisors, and suppliers (such as labor inspectorates).
Set up, maintain, and implement a quality (care) system and monitor compliance.
Internal inspections, audits, and certifications.
Establish and shape a safety and quality culture.
Translate the quality systems into standards, procedures, and manuals.
Coordinate complaints in the field of product quality and safety, and take measures in the event of deviations.
Report, process, record, and follow up on incidents.
Ensure evacuation drills and a well-functioning emergency response team.
Contribute to the SILICON Academy to internal staff training.
Completed Bachelor's degree, preferably in Safety Sciences.
Available for at least 24 hours a week.
5 years of proven, recent, and relevant experience in quality management in an industrial (metal) production environment.
Thorough knowledge of safety protocols.
Project-based and systematic, analytical and conceptual.
Maintains overview and knows how to delegate and structure tasks.
Excellent command of English and Dutch, spoken and written.
