We received a call on Friday, March 21, 2025. By March 22, our crew was mobilized.
The D-20 machine was already stationed in Taiwan, and we promptly shipped the SpeedVees® anchors. Our team comprised three members: two RAW Operating Supervisors and one Project Manager.
For the SILICON crew, the emergency job at the Resid Fluid Catalytic Cracking (RDCC) Unit was straightforward. We executed patch repairs using SpeedVee® refractory anchors, with precise marking in specific areas to establish patterns within the patches. Three days later, the crew was ready for demobilization.
The site was truly multinational, with Dutch, Japanese, Taiwanese, and Malaysian employees collaborating seamlessly. This diverse team utilized Rapid Arc Welding (RAW), a universally comprehensible method that transcends cultural barriers. As a result, the customer was thoroughly impressed with the results.
