Scope of work

In 2024, SILICON QCT was deployed to La Mirada, California, to reline a burner pipe of the same design as the one we had worked on in 2023. Upon arrival, the burner pipe had already had all the anchors from its previous cycle removed and was marked for the application of new anchors. Before welding could begin, the surface needed to be spot-ground to ensure the highest quality welds.

Covering a burner pipe of this size is a swift task for the RAW Technology. This several-hour project extended the burner pipe's lifespan, giving it another cycle of life.
