Fiber laser is a new technology in laser cutting - a thermal based non-contact process capable of cutting complex contours on materials with a high degree of precision and accuracy.
Yes, we are now able to laser cut very complicated shapes in-house! Our latest investment minimizes wastage to as low as 1mm separation between products, thus allowing our products to be priced very competitively.
Fiber laser advantages:
Quality. Much to our surprise the quality of our laser machine and quality of the products it produces has surpassed even our wildest imagination. In many cases there is no further need for deburring or secondary processes to smoothen the cut edges. All of this contributes to less man hours and higher efficiency which we are passing on to our customers.
Speed – Shorter delivery time. For standard products and orders, with this amazing machine we can basically manufacture and ship everything within 24 hours.
Accuracy. Fiber lasers are equipped with a much better focusing capability. This makes for significantly more accurate and stable cuts, particularly when working with thinner materials, thus immediately raising the quality to a new level.
