Our Tooling & Maintenance team plays a vital role in keeping production running smoothly. We are looking for a Tooling Employee to join our team and help us prepare, maintain, and improve the tools that make it all possible.

Assemble and set up tools for production to manufacture required parts.
Repair and improve tools to enhance production processes.
Machining using different CNC machines.
Perform conventional machining operations (turning, milling, drilling, grinding) to produce and repair tooling components.
Manufacture spare parts for tools when needed.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on tools.
Record tool data (availability, maintenance, spare parts, quality, etc.) in Excel.
Manage stock of tools and spare parts.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, works with precision, and enjoys solving technical challenges. Additionally, the ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
A secondary vocational education (MBO) in a technical direction.
Able to read and understand technical drawings.
Experience with conventional machining (turning, milling, drilling, grinding).
Experience with tool making.
Experience with tool maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing company.
Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience.
Good understanding of die sets (assembling, functions, precautions, tool lifetime).
