We’re hiring a senior engineer who is familiar with power conversion systems and electronic board design to join our international multidisciplinary team. This is a high-impact role with full responsibility for the electrical domain.

As Electrical and Electronics Engineer your responsibilities include:
Design and optimize electrical systems for advanced welding equipment.
Select components, create schematics, and ensure compliance.
Lead printed circuit board (PCB) design and support embedded electronics.
Collaborate closely with different global teams regarding the development of our software and electronics.
Develop and execute test procedures; troubleshoot and document failures.
Manage technical documentation, datasheets, and certification records.
Transfer product information to other departments and support production and procurement.

To thrive in this role, the following qualifications are essential:
Experience in power electronics and electrical system design.
Proficiency in KiCAD and ProfiCAD or similar software.
Strong understanding of compliance standards and certification processes.
Hands-on experience with PCB design, fault tracing, and testing.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with international and cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written) to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
