We recently completed an impressive project with a long-time customer in Canada!
The project took place in 3 different plants (Hydrogen, Conversion and Utilities) and therefore 3 different crews, including over 15 welders, were mobilized.
Because of the long-term relationship the customer already had a large stock of anchors on-site, which helped in the speed and planning of the big scope of work.
We did installation work in various areas such as: Cyclones, Reactor, Air grids and Burner Plenum.
In total more than 11,000 SpeedVee® and SpeedHex® 3 anchors were shot with Rapid Arc Welding, saving 2.5 weeks of work compared to manual welding.
