SILICON can provide a variety of threaded studs:
FTS / FTP / FTT: Full-Base cast Studs for rapid arc welding (FTS) and hand welding (FTP). They are thread cut or thread cut and rolled from the base diameter.
ITS: Studs that are thread cut internally.
SHS / SHP: Shoulder Studs for Rapid arc welding (SHS) or hand welding (SHP)thread cut or thread cut and rolled.The shoulder has many uses, such as support for washers.
RTS: Reduced Base cast Studs for Rapid arc welding are thread rolled. The reduces base ensures a smaller welding layer. Completely turned.
DRS* / DRP*: Fully screwed pins for Rapid arc welding (DRS*) or hand welding (DRP*). If a full thread is required, this must be specifically stated on the request/order.
ISA: Plug-in profile used for fastening threads.
FMS: Fiber Module Studs for RAW are used for attaching fiber module blocks.
