We will be going live with this new system in November. The transition to our new ERP platform could disrupt our customer response time during the coming month. Such major administrative events will have an impact on the whole company, and we trust we have your understanding during this transition period. This new system will allow us to work more efficiently and in fact improve responsiveness to our customers and suppliers when fully implemented. Further developments of this new ERP system will be released to the customers when the modules are in place.
Additionally, documentation produced from the system, such as quotes, order confirmations, shipping confirmations and invoices will have a new fresh look.
