Improving our service with a new ERP system

Over the past year we have been busy working on the implementation of our new ERP system that will support our long-term growth strategy and strong commitment towards excellence in servicing our customers and other key stakeholders.

We will be going live with this new system in November. The transition to our new ERP platform could disrupt our customer response time during the coming month. Such major administrative events will have an impact on the whole company, and we trust we have your understanding during this transition period. Should you require very urgent matters to be handled immediately, please do not hesitate to call our office directly.

This new system will allow us to work more efficiently and in fact improve responsiveness to our customers and suppliers when fully implemented. Further developments of this new ERP system will be released to the customers when the modules are in place.
Additionally, documentation produced from the system, such as quotes, order confirmations, shipping confirmations and invoices will have a new fresh look.
