As a metal fabrication company founded in 1982, SILICON has since developed into an international product leader in refractory stainless-steel fastening and anchoring systems and highly specialized welding machines. With roughly 80 employees, SILICON designs produces, and innovates high-quality products and services for the petrochemical, chemical, kiln construction, and shipbuilding industry.

SILICON is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing & Communication Employee who would like to increase the awareness and promotion of SILICON’s service internal and external.

What are your responsibilities?

In this position, you are responsible for different media channels and will be part of the Marketing team consisting of a Promotion Employee and a Marketing Manager. You will also be responsible for the following activities:

• Research and write articles related to SILICON’s services

• Review project execution reports and identify opportunities based on statistics

• Create content for the website, flyers, newsletters, and social media

• Internal communication of the magazine and online newsletters by collecting data and interviewing colleagues

• Develop marketing campaigns based on research data

• Create and monitor marketing statistics

• Conduct competitor study and market research

• Support with developing and executing the Marketing strategy

What are your qualities?

Are you a proactive and skilled communicator?  We are looking for a marketing & communication employee with the following qualities:

• Completed Bachelor's education

• Experience with article writing

• Fluent English (both spoken and written)

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms

• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and campaigns
